[Lowfer] Pounding in a ground rod - NOT FUN

I stick the rod in by hand, maybe whack it a few times to get it to stick,
put a roto-hammer on top, push the switch, set the lock button and wait a
couple of minutes to watch that the rod and tool don't both get hammered
into the ground.

Good for getting through hard-pan, rocks, et cetera.
