Hi Jay and all:
Thank you for the capture. That one is completely verifiable
as a reception. I can see from your capture, and from what
my signal looked like into Ralphs grabber last night that my
efforts paid off. So today, I am very pleased with the results.
I am maxed out on the antenna now, 30 foot vertical wire, and
18-1/2 foot long top-hat radials, with the APEX now at 30' AGL.
Actually seeing the signal improve in the captures has kindled
the fire even more. Now if I can lay off the afternoon
cheese burgers for a couple of weeks, I will have the money to
buy a spool of #14 soild to rewind the coil, and an 8' GND rod.
I finished editing the pictures of the antenna project, I hope
to upload them, and post where maybe tonight.
