Gave up on the Lowdown sometime back so don't have access to the article...but I do have two R-75
receivers that I've used extensively on LF and MF. I've also made comparisons between the R-75 and
several WJ receivers and a Harris RF-590. The R-75 performance is so close to those receivers (for
our Part 5 and Part 15 work on 137 and 500 kHz) that there is little practical difference. I have no
hesitation recommending the R-75 and often do.
