[Lowfer] Clamp -On RF Current Probe

Yes Paul Dalton , suggested it to me and the reason many on this group don't 
know about it , is just for the reason that he said . It was never meant to 
compete with this group , but hopefully to enhance it from time to time by 
adding a new LowFER member and station.

It has done just that . I have been in communications just today with a 
person that is now building a LowFER beacon .

It is a convenient place to post pictures . I also keep propagation logs 
which will eventually be displayed on there in a hope that we will have more 
data on propagation . I have collected some old logs from Dex , to use as 
historical comparison .

It seemed like the perfect time to document from one of the most minimum sun 
cycles all the way through to its peak . I did see today there was a Mass 
Coronal Ejection , that we should see the effects predicted for November 5 .

I then became interested in the history of the group after we learned of the 
problem with reproducing Ken's Scrapbooks , that are in short supply , but 
can not be reproduced . I thought it would be better if we can get any 
original information that people are freely willing to share at the present 
time , before one day having to try and track down family members and then 
still finding that those works are lost to the majority of us forever . I 
would love to see them preserved .

Does anyone know who is showing up on the grabber right now a little above 
185.297 ? I looked at the LWCA list and don't see anyone listed there .
