I think it is Charlie: And I have not had good sucess to the south
so that makes me feel good about the setup. After the addition of
the LM317T to control the PA voltage today, everything is much more
stable, and a strong output. The ground is starting to dry just a
little, and I'm starting to see the RF return voltage reading
starting to rise a little. I'm Excited !!! Jest cain't hep it !!
