Charlie and group;

I just looked at the pictures on the Part 5 Yahoo group.  I never realized I was talking to a guy as good looking as you Charlie!  What a handsome devil you are.  The picture of Bill Bowers will help me find him in the crowd next Thursday at the IHOP!  He is almost a dead ringer for my next door neighbor.  Kind of looks like George Bush Sr.

I just got home from my lake house project.  Got to go work there everyday to keep the war department happy. (Today was cutting a hole in cement for a deck post, put up a chair rail and grouting some of the tile in a powder room. Tomorrow, more grouting.  I see there are a zillion LOWFER posts I need to digest this evening on my computer.  I want to thank everyone who has written me giving your time and advice to a new guy LOAFER.  You are bunch of really nice guys.  Too bad we live all over the country.  This group's membership would make a great local club if we could ever all meet regularily.

Tuned around below 500 Khz tonight.  Noise doesn't seem to be as bad.  Only thing I could recognize is BVP on or around 327.5 kHz  probably running 9 zillion watts and located 1/2 mile from me!
