[Lowfer] EAR continues

Hi Garry, Lowfers,

Thanks for taking the time to look for my beacon and mentioning
your reception of it in your recent posts to the reflector.  Since it
is solar and wind powered, it's not costing me anything to leave
it operation even in the so-called off season.

On another note, you mentioned in one of your post a few weeks
ago about picking up the Navtex station located in Puerto Rico.
Is this unusual for you?  Why I ask is that whenever I have a go
at Navtex reception, it seems to be a regular.  My best DX so
far has been the station in Astoria, Oregon, which aside from
lakes Huron and Michigan, is a mostly over land path for me.
