[Lowfer] WMS and XR

Paul, thanks for the frequency update on your beacon WMS. I looked for 
it overnight using QRSS-30 for a wider span of frequencies examined. All 
I saw was a hint of something rising slowly in frequency around local 
sunrise. I also looked very briefly for XR and again not enough signal 
to even indicate detection. That's a bit disappointing because several 
low power (25 W) NDBs in Oklahoma and Texas were copied, including a new 
one (AUV in EM14kd). Also, WD2XSH/12 was in quite well from Colorado on 
505.4 kHz CW. Guess more is needed than just a quiet display on the 
lightning map to dig out lowfer beacons. Will continue looking.
