Hey Eric:

Mostly Static discharge from nearby lightening strikes that
reset my keyer to standby. I don't have much trouble with 
blown finals. When my keyer kicks off; I have to restart it
manually, so if it happens during the day or middle of the
night, I may not be aware that it's off until I happen to
notice that my PA meter isn't kickin up.
