[Lowfer] " XR " off until further notice

Hey everyone:

Last year drought, this year almost non-stop storms. It's 
getting difficult keeping " XR " on the air due to the storm
activity. I'm constantly either connecting or disconnecting
the station, It's time to give up for awhile, and let the WX
settle down some. I'll probably have it on sporadically when
things are settled. I'll post if I do. Should be getting my
parts in today, and I hope to get time to begin work on the
DC USB Transmitter.
