[Lowfer] PBO in CT

Jay could it be he is skiping over you at night. I've had difficulty in
 recent weeks with WEB but 
others farther away have been coping him.
I've had bad luck this season with CV who is closer, also.
Much about propagaton I dont understand.

Nice mid day copy of PBO again. So far, this beacon has been visible here
 only during daylight  
hours. Assume that the additional noise propagating in at night is the
 cause. Can't recall seeing  
this effect on other beacons.
