[Lowfer] Grabulator

Bill,

       The W3EEE grabber appears to be working fine as evidenced by
WE2XEB/2 testing on 185.30025 (antenna is resonant on 137.78 and still
getting a signal out).
I can hear a lot of static on the low frequency bands tonight though.
