[Lowfer] Lowfer beacon report from NE Illinois

Storm static waned last night so some beacon monitoring resumed. Nice to 
see MP back on the air. Also copied were WMS, XR, and TAG (which decoded 
after 30 minutes of processing:

08:53:41 f:-0.078 pm:46.81 jm:105 q: -2.2 -5.6 TAG RAYMOND ME  -).

Looked for PBO on 167.172 kHz using QRSS30 but nothing was seen, other 
than a nearby interference line. Failure to copy wasn't surprising since 
that beacon's antenna is aimed N-S. My heading to it is 91 degrees.
