Bill , I found it strange too that so many places had conveniently "lost" 
your articles .

Once I get the current transmitter / amplifier project built , I will try to 
put up a page for Part 15 , similar to what Lyle had . Then with permission 
from the real pioneers , like you , that have made significant contributions 
to this low frequency world , I will post your articles or links to them .

I have a friend that is an outstanding engineer and generously takes time 
out of his multi nation , multi million dollar companies to play radio and 
electronics , from MW and down .

He is not a ham and does not want to be a ham and his interest is in 
developing low power , long distance modes and equipment from MW and below 
as a hobby. He is quite happy that Part 15 exists !! He is also not 
interested in
Part 5 .
