Call a service tech out, show him, tell him to fix it, it is, after all, his
job.
I've run into similar problems, always on the telco side. They always tell
me it'll cost $$$ per hour if found on my side. It never has been, I've
never had to pay them to fix their equipment. Turn-around is about four
hours, once you've determined your side is OK.
