[Lowfer] wms frequency

Hey Paul;

I looked for you all night last night, and have tried many other
nights before, but yours is one of the most elusive beacons for 
me to catch of any out there. I'm sure that there is a " Skip Zone "
on LF even as there is on any other frequency. Whatever it is, 
we must be in it between each other. Oh well; here's to trying 
again another night.
