[Lowfer] WEB and more

Lowfer beacon WEB has been coming in consistently over night, despite 
plenty of storm activity. Copied it until about 1030Z this morning 
(7/8/09). Tried to copy WMS too, but for some reason not seeing it. 
Perhaps I'm not looking at the right frequency. Have been using QRSS30, 
slow, tuning 187.4875 to 187.494 kHz. Last time copied (July 2) it was 
running around 187.492 kHz.
