[Lowfer] WEB and more

The lightning racket was down somewhat last night and Navtex station NMG
in New Orleans was coming in very well on 518 kHz, so WEB was looked for
on 189.949.5 kHz using ARGO QRSS-30, slow. Signals were pretty decent
over 0400-0600Z. That was encouraging so, despite a storm cell in
western New York, WOLF was run looking for TAG on 185.8 kHz. No luck,
but the output did behave more look past successful monitoring attempts
so a successful decode perhaps wasn't that many dB away. This morning
EAR on 188.830.9 kHz is coming in well as usual using ARGO QRSS-30.
However, MP on 185.301 kHz has not been seen. It was doing fine the
morning of July 5 so perhaps Mitch is working on it.
