[Lowfer] WEB copy

 I got a good copy on WEB for two three letter ID sequences this morning
 at 0230 local (0830 utc). He was good for about 35 minutes. He appeared
 again at 1/2 hr before sunrise. No desense from my beacon. Copy was by
 TS50 with
75 meter dipole qrss30 normal. It would have been better with miniwhip and
 slow speed.
If anyone sees Warren xgj on 137 please post. I would like to take a shot
 at him this summer.
