[Lowfer] Monitoring Success in SE TN - WEB capture posted

Hey everyone:

I edited the capture of " W E B " and uploaded it to my space. 
The picture is kinda small, but seeable.
Trying tonite for " E A R " 

Garry; what do you see or hear on the utility stations you
mentioned. I have copied the Puerto Rico station, and hear the 
digital transmissions. The only other station I could try is
the Iceland station. My rig won't go below 30Khz.
