[Lowfer] Monitoring Sucess in SE TN.

Hey everyone; hope all have a safe 4th of July weekend.

For whatever reason, my efforts finally paid off on Thursday night.
I was Using my LOWfer ant. for receive, and finally caught " W E B "
The first trace of his signal was about 10:25pm ESDT ( 02:25 UTC )
his signal was in and out thru the night, but I got around 3 full
callsigns, so he is a confirmation here. The last traces of signal
was around 5:30am ESDT ( 09:30 UTC ). I set my scroll rate to fill
the Spectran screen about once every hour, and in every screen shot,
there is at least a trace, or a full callsign. The last copy of 
" W E B " was in Mar. of 2008. I'll edit the captures and upload them
to my space soon.
