[Lowfer] CV ICED UP

Iced-up or not Charlie, I'm still getting a decent copy on you tonight 
in Colorado. Your signal is up and down, sometimes fading up to a nice 
copy, sometimes fading completely away on Argo. MP has a very good signal.
