[Lowfer] XR received

Hey Steve: Thanks for looking for " XR ", I hope you can get a 
decent capture of the signal. If you do, please send it to me
for the record, I would appreciate that. This is my first year
running a LOWfer beacon, and It has been very sucessful I think.
Your report, once verified, will make 15 reception reports since
june of 2008 when I first turned " XR " on. Again, thanks for
looking, and goog LOWfer-ing; 73 for now::
