[Lowfer] WD2XSH/16 PSK31 Copied

Hi all,

I copied WD2XSH/16 very easy on PSK31.    He's running 90W into a 70'
inverted L antenna found on 506.750 Khz.  WE2XGR/6 is calling him on CW
right now and is bending my S meter.
