[Lowfer] Propagation

Dick,
     Icelandic sounds nothing like French!  Iceland on 189 tends to
play pop songs in English.
The station on 183 (Europe 1) is in French.
Iceland has really been booming in at my QTH lately, also a local
noise source on  190 has gone away making for pleasant listening in
wide bandwidths.
