[Lowfer] PSK on 506.75kc tonight

Hi Todd,

That's the furthest for my PSK signal yet. Cool. I think it is a good 
mode also for that band. Lots of fading on 600m and CW gets lost in the 
fades real easy yet PSK makes it through most of the time. Something 
different anyhow.
