[Lowfer] No lowfers received last night in NE Oregon

I tried for lowfers last night, but there was some exceptionally good TA 
LWBC propagation going on, and the 160-190kc segment for lowfers was ruined 
by the high signal levels of the LWBC. Everytime I checked, all Argo would 
get was hash. 171 Morocco was S9 level a number of times, and still good at 
0600 utc, for instance. Conditions haven't been this good since last fall.
