[Lowfer] WEB beacon

A note received 1/19/09 from Bill but as far as I know not placed on 
this list is as follows:
 
 >I got out to WEB antenna this morning & found it was dead!  The 
problem was that I have a 500 foot 12 volt power >cable from the shop to 
the antenna and it was dug in under a gravel driveway. A heavy truch 
must have crushed the >cable.  The result was a short that burned out 
the power supply I had in the shop. I will get it fixed by next Sunday.
