At 0635 utc, lowfer MP began showing on the screen, good level. Lowfer CV had a "C" appear, poor level, and bits of the "V", several minutes later. I don't know if UWL is on the air, but I just moved CV down a little on the screen to make room, if UWL appears. Steve NE Oregon
