[Lowfer] ARGO and Windows Vista

Hey Stan:
This is only a guess; I beleive that ARGO will only work in a
16 bit sampling rate, AGN, only a guess, I don't know for sure.
Someone else might be able to tell us for sure.

If you have a soundcard that is 16 bit for WIN-XP try installing
it, and disable the on-board sound. Most WIN-XP drivers will work
in Vista. Just takin a shot in the dark here.
