[Lowfer] Time for PSK-31

Hi Andy, Lowfers,

Sounds like the frquency was my problem.  I leave the rig in USB all
the time, and then set my Timewave to whatever centre frequency
and bandwidth is required.  It has worked well in the past, but from
what you're saying, my being centred on .750 might have meant he
was out of my passband.  Oh well, there'll be other opportunities.
