[Lowfer] Time for PSK-31

Hi Mike, Lowfers,

I just came up from below and was surprised that I had nothing on
either of my screens.  It is a bit noisy here this evening, but I still
expected to have at least some copy.  I wonder if I had the right
mode selected?  Which mode where you, QPSK or BPSK?
