I just heard the carrier change to a PSK signal at 0156 utc, then just gave 
a CW full ident at 0157 utc.
I have no way to decode PSK (nor have ever tried to do that), but the signal 
was good and probably would have decoded since it was easy aural copy (250Hz 
IF filter).
