[Lowfer] Time for PSK-31

Hi Andy, Mike, Lowfers,

Anytime this evening as fine by me, as all I have to do is startup
the relevent software.  I'm running Multi-PSK on the main box
and PSK-31SBW on the backup machine to see if there's any
major differences in how each decodes the signal.  I'll be tuned
to 506.750 kHz., the same as you used last night.
