[Lowfer] 600MRG> /16 on PSK-31 and CW

Just flipped the radio back on and bam... there you are. Really loud.  This
is what I captured so far.  I also see what appears to be another PSK signal
in the waterfall but not decoding anything from it. It is very faint trace
and non-existent most of the time.
