Well, it's a bit QRO, but take a look at the driver stage in my 168 KHz
linear amplifier at

The driver stage will produce about 5 watts. It covers a fairly wide
frequency range, and is easy to build. The power supply is anything
between about 10 and 20 volts.  It's set up as Class A for better
linearity.

Just an idea for getting started.
