Finally got it done: Viewed XR on a Argo 60sec screen. Copied about 4:30A this morning and likely the coldest day this century!
The temp tied a record low of -27F (set last C, '79).

My capture looks much like that of Jay's of CV, in texture. Ha, actually have one V-solid X.

Put off doing this this long for not wanting to move the loop from the more productive NE-SW position. Ah, such are the benefits of those having a working rotator in this wx.

Rx is Drake R8 and 7ft 20turn 6-pointed loop. Still no pre-amp...@#%&*

If I Don't move the loop I'll try again overnight.

Been fun chasing Garry's trail to Andy's antenna  ;=))  Peter
