[Lowfer] An HF to LF Transmit Converter

Built two of these now  and simple though they, the performance is more
than adequate for my needs. I modified the local oscillator input to
allow switched internal xtal or an external GPS locked source for
tighter freq control - I have one for 137kHz and another for 500Khz and
just modified and added an additional LPF for my desired band. My ref
Osc freq is 5Mhz and drive is from a TS870S -
