[Lowfer] 600 meters tonite - Operator correction

I goofed; thanks to Warren for pointing out to me that XGR/6
is Bob in Penn Yan, NY. not Jay - XGR/2, sorry for the mistake.
I've never seen Bobs signal that strong either, peaking in the
red, and the lowest noise floor I think I've saw in 2 years at
my QTH, an S-1 , very low for a noisy location
