[Lowfer] Dave Curry's tranceiver for 1750 meters

Far circuits lists the boards for Dave's 1750 meter tranceiver from Sept
 94 73 magazine.
Fred usually has the articles to go with his boards.
dont remember this article and I have given away my old magazines. One
 chip listed the mc34113
is not familiar to me. Fred usually has sources for the chips.
