[Lowfer] Light Dimmer - Beyond Superposition...

QST had a design for one published years ago that was reputed to work 
well.- I'll look out the reference. Only reason I recall this is I 
needed one at the time but never got it off the 'to do' list!

All requests for phasing type noise cancelling ccts etc noted - if I 
get time I'll sort it all out tonight (scan and clean up etc)  and 
send off to all requestors.
