[Lowfer] VO1NA beacon received, best yet

Joe, VO1NA et al,

I've been trying since late November to get a good copy of your beacon 
on 184.509 kHz. Still don't quite have it, but last night was my best 
yet. The 0747Z, 1/11/09 ARGO display clearly shows your "NA" and the 
"VO1" characters are partially in there as well. I used QRSS-60, slow 
for the capture even though I understand you are transmitting QRSS-75 
(that's not a choice with my version of ARGO) and the two good dashes 
indeed appear to be just shy of 4 minutes in duration. My ARGO capture 
compares well with that of Brian, CT1DRP shown on your web site. Thanks 
for keeping the beacon going.
