[Lowfer] Latest version of "The Low and Medium Frequency Scrapbook"?

Kurt,

      "The Low and Medium Frequency Scrapbook" was self-published by
the late Ken Cornell.
Since his death several years ago it has become unavailable except for
the occasional used copy you see now and then at a hamfest.
I picked up the 9th edition for $2 at a hamfest, (the seller said
"make me an offer", from his reaction it was obvious that he didn't
expect to get that much!)
