[Lowfer] 1 watt tx from cfc lamp

I found a neat project on SOLDERSMOKE BLOG. the builder has built a 1 watt
 tx out of the
parts from a CFC lamp. only five parts ,the xtal and output filter ,did
 not come from the lamp.
Evidently the lamps are good for something besides generating noise.
