[Lowfer] Beacon " XR " back on now - copied " EAR "

I gave up on 2200 meters, way too much noise and crud for weak 
signals. Switched to 1750, and got a good capture of " EAR ".
J.B.'s still chuggin along up there. I uploaded the capture to 
the 1750 meter folder on My Space.
