[Lowfer] WD2XKO received

Thanks to the recent pointer to VE7IL's 137 kHz grabber at 
http://www3.telus.net/sthed/argo/ I noticed WD2XKO being received well 
on QRSS-30 around 0430Z 010409. I hastily tuned to 137.777.4 kHz and as 
expected Dex's signal was quite strong near Chicago. It remained so 
throughout the night until he powered down at 1100Z. Capture 350 on the 
F1AFJ grabber shows "XKO" even made it across the Atlantic at one point.
