Hello Charlie,

You could use design of the MOSFET linear amplifier I built for 166.5
KHz when I was operating as WC2XSR/13.  It will generate 400 watts out.
I have since modified it to work on 500 KHz.  The driver stage will
generate about 5-10 watts by itself, but you'd need to match it to the
transmission line if you wanted to use it by itself.
