[Lowfer] WEB in CT

Skip must be really long Jay. I set for capture of WEB last night and
 didnt' see any thing. I will check my rec today.
this season I've had little trouble coping web but CV and UWL have been a
 problem. Some have suggested I am too close
at 250 and 300 miles respectively. WEB is about 425 from me. Charles, CV,
 has had little luck with me.
Perhaps a good project would be a spread sheet of the distances between
 the sharp reporters and the active beacons to judge 
propagation?

 last night. Alerted Bill to  
the situation...he said he'll be looking in on WEB in the next day or two.
