OK !!! I just spent 30 minutes reading Lyle's write up on the
Futurlec DDS board, and I'm not afraid to admit that it was a
bit mentally intimidating for me. I am not a homebrewer, nor
a programmer. I know LOWfer works from my beacon, so I'm now
willing to spend a little money to get more serious with it.
But I know I'm gonna have a million and 1 questions if I
proceed with this board project, such as; Question #1 :::
Are any of you guys out there patient enough to help a newbie
work thru a project like this, with your experience, and advice ?
#2 ::: To cut down on " oop's, I forgot that part - extra orders"
can anyone help with an extra parts list recommendation ? It
sure helps to have all the parts on hand when you get started.
I'd like to give this project a try, but don't want to just end
up throwing it in the junk box for parts. Question #3; Once it is
programmed for the mode you want, does it need to stay connected
to your computer, or will it be stand alone ??
Thanks for any comments and 73::
