[Lowfer] Lowfer beacon report from NE Illinois

Based on last night's listening I can confirm beacons WEB, WMS, XR, EAR, 
MP, CV, and TAG are working fine. WM was not noted here but it's coming 
through decently on the W3EEE grabber. Not heard were 3OHH and SJ 
(perhaps because of the scheduled 0600Z shut down).

Note to Jay, W1VD, I've failed to see WEB several times and then all of 
a sudden it appears. Last night it was fine during the brief period I 
looked for it, but it might have a keying issue other times.

I get the impression from the dropoff in NDB reports at 
http://dxworld.com/ndblog.html that the good LF propagation period is 
nearing end-of-life so it was nice to see so many beacons still putting 
in good signals. QRSS-30 or higher operation certainly helps.
